Jennifer Kolchinsky, MSN, ANP-BC

Jennifer is the Founder, CEO, and Senior Health Manager at OneVision Health. Jennifer began her professional career as a neuroscience nurse at Massachusetts General Hospital after receiving her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Simmons College. While working in the intensive care unit, she continued her education at Simmons and earned a Master of Science degree in Nursing becoming a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner and Surgical First Assist. It was during her work as a Neurosurgical Nurse Practitioner where she saw first-hand the need for a health management service that helps patients navigate our fragmented healthcare system, bring efficiency to care, and support providers in caring for their patients. Her experience led her to found OneVision Health in 2013.

Matthew Johnson, MSN, ANP-BC

Matt is a Health Manager at OneVision Health with 20 years of patient care experience in primary care and cardiology. He received his Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Physiology at Ithaca College. Post graduation, he worked in cardiology, providing  cardiac rehabilitation and managing the non-invasive testing laboratory. In 2009, Matt obtained his Master of Science in Nursing from Simmons College and as a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner provided primary care to patients in Newburyport, MA. In 2012, Matt joined the Cardiac Arrhythmia Service at Massachusetts General Hospital, where he specialized in the diagnosis and treatment of heart rhythm disorders and the use of implantable cardiac devices.   He has served on medical device advisory boards and published research in the use of wearable devices as well as the use of anticoagulation in high-risk populations.

Alex S. Young, Psy.D. 

Alex is a Health Manager at OneVision Health with over 15 years of patient care experience in behavioral health. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Wheaton College and his Doctor of Psychology from the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology. He completed his pre-doctoral training at Edith Nourse Rogers Memorial VA Medical Center and was a post-doctoral fellow at Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates.

 

Over the last 15 years, Alex held numerous positions at McLean Hospital in clinical, research, and administrative settings. In his most recent position as Clinical Outreach Manager, Alex leveraged his knowledge of the hospital with his clinical skill to help individuals, families, and professionals find the best treatment in the most appropriate setting. Alex maintains clinical privileges at McLean Hospital.

Brittany Ohlson, BSN, RN

Brittany is the Triage Nurse at OneVision Health, supporting the needs of our clients after hours. Brittany is a Registered Nurse with over 12 years of experience specializing in geriatrics and behavioral health. She received her Associates Degree in Nursing from Lawrence Memorial Regis College and went on to obtain her Bachelors of Science in Nursing at Chamberlain University.
 

Throughout her career Brittany has worked in both inpatient and home based settings building relationships with her patients and their families ensuring their healthcare goals are advocated for and met.

Amanda Egesi

Amanda is a Health Specialist at OneVision Health. She joins us with several years of experience in media, higher education, and collegiate coaching. Amanda graduated in 2014 from Stonehill College with a B.A. of Arts in Mediated Communication with a journalism concentration and an athletic career in women’s track and field. After Stonehill College, she received her Master’s Degree in Communication from Fitchburg State University in 2017.
 

While pursuing her degree, she worked as a professional nanny, personal assistant, and on-air talent at FATV. After receiving her Master’s Degree, Amanda transitioned into Higher Education and
became an Assistant Director of Admissions at Fitchburg State University for freshman recruitment. Fueling her passion for sports, she became an assistant sprints track & field coach for men’s and women’s cross-country, indoor, and outdoor track & field.
