James is the Chief Executive Officer at OneVision Health. He has more than fourteen years of experience improving how organizations deliver care and support to individuals and families. His career has centered on building systems that bring clarity to care and ensure families receive reliable, well-coordinated support.
James first worked alongside public agencies and community providers, where he helped strengthen the programs and operations that serve vulnerable populations. He then moved into concierge behavioral healthcare, joining the executive team of a national provider serving high-net-worth families. In that role, he built the operational foundation that supported rapid growth and helped the organization respond more effectively to the needs of families seeking care. He strengthened the systems behind intake, care navigation, and client support, allowing the organization to serve more families without losing the responsiveness and attention they expected.
