Jennifer Kolchinsky, MSN, ANP-BC
Jennifer is the Founder, CEO, and Senior Health Manager at OneVision Health. Jennifer began her professional career as a neuroscience nurse at Massachusetts General Hospital after receiving her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Simmons College. While working in the intensive care unit, she continued her education at Simmons and earned a Master of Science degree in Nursing becoming a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner and Surgical First Assist. It was during her work as a Neurosurgical Nurse Practitioner where she saw first-hand the need for a health management service that helps patients navigate our fragmented healthcare system, bring efficiency to care, and support providers in caring for their patients. Her experience led her to found OneVision Health in 2013.
Jennifer lives in Lincoln, MA with her husband, two young children family cat Owl and French Bulldog, Ella.
Matthew Johnson, MSN, ANP-BC
Matt is a Health Manager at OneVision Health with 20 years of patient care experience in primary care and cardiology. He received his Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Physiology at Ithaca College. Post graduation, he worked in cardiology, providing cardiac rehabilitation and managing the non-invasive testing laboratory. In 2009, Matt obtained his Master of Science in Nursing from Simmons College and as a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner provided primary care to patients in Newburyport, MA. In 2012, Matt joined the Cardiac Arrhythmia Service at Massachusetts General Hospital, where he specialized in the diagnosis and treatment of heart rhythm disorders and the use of implantable cardiac devices. He has served on medical device advisory boards and published research in the use of wearable devices as well as the use of anticoagulation in high-risk populations.
Matt lives in Wakefield, MA with his wife, two young children, and their English Bulldog, Edgar.
Alex S. Young, Psy.D.
Alex is a Health Manager at OneVision Health with over 15 years of patient care experience in behavioral health. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Wheaton College and his Doctor of Psychology from the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology. He completed his pre-doctoral training at Edith Nourse Rogers Memorial VA Medical Center and was a post-doctoral fellow at Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates.
Over the last 15 years, Alex held numerous positions at McLean Hospital in clinical, research, and administrative settings. In his most recent position as Clinical Outreach Manager, Alex leveraged his knowledge of the hospital with his clinical skill to help individuals, families, and professionals find the best treatment in the most appropriate setting. Alex maintains clinical privileges at McLean Hospital.
Alex lives in Lincoln, MA with his wife and two young children and probably needs to get a bulldog.
Destiny is a Health Specialist at OneVision Health. She began her healthcare career almost 20 years ago as a Certified Nursing Assistant. She transitioned into an administrative role in 2010 when she joined the Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital’s Orthopedic, Burn and Amputee unit. Destiny went on to work directly under the Chief Nurse for the Spaulding Rehabilitation Network, which included administrative management of six separate hospitals.
Prior to joining OneVision Health, Destiny supported a team of medical professionals at Sweetser, a non-profit community mental health provider. She joined OneVision Health in 2018 to support the team of health managers.
Destiny lives in Maine with her two young children and cat, Nala.
Melissa is a health specialist at OneVision Health. Since 2006 she has been working with private families to manage their personal and professional lives. Operating in the roles of
household management and personal/executive assistant throughout her career, Melissa learned first-hand the importance of providing a stellar customer service experience in the context of a family’s lifestyle. In addition to her work within the home, Melissa’s most recent role was a recruitment specialist for Nanny Poppins Agency, helping families to source private staff to meet the needs of their home staffing needs.
During Melissa’s career in personal lifestyle management, she also attended North Shore Community College, obtaining an associates degree in Business Administration.
Melissa lives in Nahant, MA with her two sons and their rescue dog Hunter.
